Canada is reportedly in collaboration with UNHCR , to stop human trafficking all over the world . Canada also says it has long term sustainable programs for refugees , making it a favorable place to flee to, for refugees . the government grants citizenship to any residents that has lived just 3 years in Canada , says Canada , as they would have caught up with culture of  Canada.
